I just got a 93 Twin Turbo 2+0.. The Previous Owner just replaced the motor it is a JDM with 40,000 miles ( I have paper work ) But its not running the best by any means.. He has it in safe boost mode, at 7 PSI, due to the car running lean.. I have fixed the leaning problem with a new fuel filter it was toast.. Now its running rich, and if you get up into boost it acts as if fuel is being cut off.. It idle's extremely poor, and the idle RPM is at time's sparatic any where from 1000 to 500 RPM... I did find out it has a Auto TT ECU, now if I get the turbo's back into stock settings would that clean this up? or could it be the ECU?
